Plans are shown as monthly packages: Personal ¥99/month, Pro ¥299/month, Team ¥699/month, and Enterprise from ¥1999/month. Each plan includes a fixed number of publishing accounts, with add-ons available for extra accounts.
We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay and all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer and receive VAT invoices.
You can contact sales or support to start a trial. Paid subscriptions are billed by package for Personal, Pro, and Team plans; Enterprise is confirmed through a custom quote.
If you choose not to upgrade, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan. All your data and content will be preserved, but some premium features will no longer be available. You can upgrade again at any time.
For Personal, Pro, and Team plans, extra publishing accounts are recommended at ¥20-30/account/month. Enterprise add-ons can be customized by account volume, deployment model, and service requirements.
Personal fits one person managing 3 core accounts. Pro fits 1-2 people and 8 accounts. Team fits 3-5 people operating up to 20 matrix accounts. Enterprise starts at 50 accounts for large customers or private deployments.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Premium features remain active until the end of your billing cycle, and your data is never deleted.
